Payment and Shipping Terms for Shops

Shipping costs can be a major problem and I want to work with you to make my shipping methods meet your needs. No matter where you are or how your order is sent, I charge what it costs me to ship plus a small amount to cover the packing material I use.

If you have a shipper number from UPS, FedEx or another shipper and would like to use that and your number, let me know -- I'm happy to do that to make things easier for you.

If you need stuff overnight or second day and don't mind paying, I'll do that, let me know.

If you are buying printed material ONLY and don't mind that slight extra time to deliver for the reduction in cost, I can send USPS Media Mail. But if your order is outside the US or contains Stitcher's Accessories, this isn't an option.

Ask for media mail if you want it.

Outside the US, I ship AirMail only unless specifically requested otherwise. Surface Mail just takes too long.

Otherwise I send Priority Mail. Under 2# in a flat envelope is a flat shipping fee of $4.05. Up to 8# in a box is $8.10 flat fee. Otherwise it is what it costs me plus handling (which is usually small).

I do not take credit cards and I require pre-payment (less shipping) from new accounts. I will always bill for shipping. I do accept PayPal (and prefer it) if this is easier for you.

Established accounts have Net 30 terms.
